1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The 662zz website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Member" — Any person who has created an account on the 662zz platform.
• "Game" — Any slot game, live casino, sports betting, or other entertainment product available on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, cashback, or reward granted by the platform.
• "Wallet" — The virtual currency balance linked to a member's account.
• "Taka"/"৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The 662zz platform is available only to persons aged 21 or above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information during age verification will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in suspension of all accounts and cancellation of any accumulated bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be completely accurate and kept up to date. 662zz may request necessary documentation at any time for identity verification.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited at 662zz via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Account balance is updated automatically once a deposit transaction is completed.
• Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is successfully verified, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) on the account may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• For incomplete or suspicious transactions, 662zz may place a withdrawal on hold pending additional verification.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

662zz may offer special deals and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Operating accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, using multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5 VIP Program

The 662zz VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

To receive VIP benefits, the account must remain active and verified. 662zz reserves the right to change or terminate the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities are conducted in accordance with established rules. If a technical error or discrepancy arises in any game, 662zz reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and refund the full amount.

6.2 Erroneous Results

Any incorrect odds, bonus amounts, or winnings displayed due to a technical error or human mistake will be considered void. In such cases, 662zz's decision is final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Technical interference to influence the outcome of any game.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Coordinated betting with other members (collusion).
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 662zz

662zz may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

7.2 Account Closure by the Member

A member may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonuses with incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
